We provide various business process management solutions to a range of Fortune 500 companies. PDC has been in the software development and consulting business for the past 40 years.

In 2021, PDC joined forces with TenForce. TenForce is an international software product company based in Belgium with all around the world customers (INEOS, Total, Chevron Philips, ABInBev….). experience constant growth. As a result, we seek to expand our application support team.

Our products are a pragmatic answer to the ever-increasing demand for transparency, visibility, and compliance. We build a great enterprise-class product to enable people to stay on top of their work.

The application support team is NOT a 1st line helpdesk; its mission is to solve highly complex issues for customers in an ever-changing environment. You will be the last line of defense between customers and chaos.

The investigative developer we are looking for has the following characteristics:

• Software developer with an eye to improve the system
• Problem solving skills: you can identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear.
• 2+ years of experience on the job or side projects
• Strong collaboration skills to provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
• Able to shift gears in a rapid changing environment: agility is key.

Who are we looking for?

• A software developer that can collaborate with his fellow software developers and the customers.
• Experience as part of an application support team (2nd/3rd line support)
• Expert in C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience in web app development with ASP.NET and MSSQL.
• Able to work as a team player in an international environment.
• Located in Texas
