Business Development Manager – DACH market

We are looking for a business development manager, obsessed with customer success and impact in a B2B software sales environment to help us establish our footprint on the DACH market. 

You will have a pioneering role in helping TenForce develop new business and understand the needs of our stakeholders in the EHSQ management, manufacturing, and process industries sector.  

Your main activities: 

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities on the DACH market and help TenForce establish its footprint in the area. 
  • A fair amount of cold-warm outreach combined with the ability to advance enterprise deals through the sales cycle. 
  • Report progress, discuss and resolve bottlenecks with the team and the management. 
  • Align and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, outreach, … for these VIP customers. 
  • Work with HubSpot, Pandadoc, Zoominfo, … and other cool tools that we use to increase our impact. 

What are we looking for:  

  • About 2-3 years of experience in B2B technology sales. 
  • Passion for developing new business and charting new territory.  
  • The right level of creativity, project management, business analysis, and people management skills to craft sophisticated deals for large (international) organizations.  
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.  
  • Ability to articulate ideas on paper in a concise and attractive way for emails and proposals. 
  • Ability to give presentations and product demos. 
  • Fluent in German and excellent working knowledge of English. 
  • Ideally, you are located in Germany. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing, ability to provide input, reuse, and build on top of content marketing and B2B digital campaigns. 
  • Mild level of craziness.
